We do not have control over harsh weather that may cause a delay (tornados, earthquakes, transportation strikes, etc.).
If your billing address differs from the shipping address, we will  request a photocopy of your ID with the matching billing address to verify your order.

All Bitchy Products ship via USPS. Please add additional insurance during the holiday season due to higher theft possibilities.
